I'm currently going through the game blind. On a previous run I actually completed side job and collected the letter to Wanda, but I started a new game after finishing Tinsel Avenue to complete a previously missed side job.

However on this second run, going through the stage again there's no sign of the letter anywhere. It's not on the bookshelf where it should be, and I can't find it anywhere else. Strangely, the associated locket IS there, so I'm not sure what I am missing.

Does anyone know what might've happened?
