Hey, I’m building a startup and looking for a technical co-founder to partner with.
The idea:
To make the process of renting and buying a bit easier and allow people to make better decisions by scoring and analysing properties.
What I’ve done so far:
- Built the full scoring system (this is the core of the product)
- Designed and tested all logic in Airtable
- Created an early MVP using no-code tools (Fillout + Airtable)
- Started user research + building a waitlist
- Posting content
What I need help with:
Turning this into a proper product.
Specifically:
- Backend system that processes a property link
- Extracting data from listings
- Calling APIs
- Writing results back and generating a clean output/report
Basically: turning a scrappy MVP into something reliable and scalable.
Skills I’m looking for:
- Full-stack or backend-leaning engineer
- Comfortable with APIs, data handling, and building scrappy MVPs
- Interested in startups / building something from early stage
- Based in UK/Europe/USA is a plus
Important:
This is equity-based for now (no salary yet), so I’m looking for someone who’s open to taking early-stage risk and building together properly, not just doing tasks.
