Coarse advice

Going for camping this weekend at a local gravel pit early Friday- late Saturday.

Ive fished it loads for pike and had some decent success in summer with the coarse fish.

Struggled as of late with the coarse fishing and I also want to properly try target some big bream in the pit.

Going down with a quiver tip feeder (for roach etc), 2 10ft 2tc rods for bream and a improv spod rod.

Some advice on baits or amounts would be great. Gonna get a bag of groundbait, a few big bags of Sweetcorn, some bread and 2 pints of maggots, maybe some worms.

I also have bright pink and yellow pop ups as a separate hook bait option.

I understand the basics as have coarse fished plenty but looking for extra advice for a hard water. Particularly in the bream department. Caught them before but never big or targeted. Cheers
