Why are the Xianzhou trying to kill Yaoshi with the Propagation, are they stupid?
Their damn aeon came about from an endless pursuit of trying to kill Yaoshi and the denizens of abundance, it is in Lan's nature to execute anything that even remotely smells like the abundance, and Xianzhou's natives are all blessed by Yaoshi to an extent, do they really think they won't be next?
Not even counting that the war against the denizens of the abundance is one of the few things that keeps these giant war fleets even remotely cohesive, what do they think will happen between themselves when they no longer have a common enemy?
Not even counting how fucking dumb it is to use the Propagation to kill the Abundance, not dumb in the sense that it is impossible, but dumb by how dangerous it is, as if that won't cause a second Swarm Disaster, by effectively throwing bugs into what is endless life: flesh that they will devour to reproduce, while their food constantly regenerates.
Even if the end result might be similar to the Permanence, there is no guarantee of such a thing occuring, and the few instances we know of paths with similar traits being subsumed, traces of the path consumed will still be present. The Order still lives buried beneath the Harmony, how sure can they be that the Abundance won't survive in the Propagation?
Anyway, I am waiting for the bomb to go off and for their plan to horribly backfire, long live Yaoshi.
