I have a 2025 Razer Blade 16 with the RTX 5080, and I just ran into an absurd touchpad issue.
I originally disabled the touchpad through Razer Synapse while gaming with a mouse. Later, I needed to turn it back on, so naturally I tried the keyboard shortcut, Fn + T.
Except Fn + T would not work until I connected to the internet, logged into Synapse, and had Synapse reinstall or refresh the Blade software for my laptop again.
So basically, if you disable the touchpad in Synapse while gaming, forget to turn it back on, and then leave somewhere without internet, you can be stuck with no working touchpad. Even the built in shortcut does not seem to work unless Synapse is logged in and properly set up. Windows settings doesn’t even work either!
So reason idk (I have lost count) to not buy a Razar blade!
