I'm bulked from that last pic from abt 130 to 160 in abt 6 months but I unfortunately fell for the dirty bulk trap and gained way too much fat imo.
My idea was to cut down for the summer to abt 15-18 percent body fat ish so have a rlly good base to bulk in the fall and this time I can do it very slowly with only a 100-200 calorie increase to stay lean now that I actually know what I'm doing with nutrition and training
Have some gyno and I think Reddit flagging it so that why I put smth over my nipples
