Recently found a series x controller that my neighbor put in the trash. I brought i up to my apartment and it booted right up. I connected it to my pc via bluetooth, tested it and found out that the right joystick was completely broken. I ordered a replacement from Aliexpress and replaced it today and re-calibrated. It cost me 3$ in total. The replacement feels exactly the same as the original one. Soldering is difficult but make sure you have quality tools.
