Rent: ₹15,660 per month

Security Deposit: ₹33,000 (Refundable)

Room Furniture Buyout: ₹18,000 (For the bed, mattress, wardrobe, and work desk setup in the photos)

Shared Appliances Buyout: ₹5,000 (My split for the fridge and washing machine)

Society Move-in Charge: ₹5,000

Requires a lil upfront cost to move in but after that everything is super chill.

Society has all the amenities like gym, pool, game room etc.

Roommates are both in the creative field and super chill.
