I hear if you call in they have different fonts to monogram the boat and totes. Does anyone know if this is true and what they are?

Working with pepper pot has been so frustrating. The shedding, fraying, easy knotting and tangling and some stitches popping up.. are all silks like this? Or is it just pepper pot? Is it worth tryin another silk like vineyard or just using a silk wool blend?

Maybe I’m not giving it a chance but idk I just am not loving it. But I haven’t worked with another thread so I have nothin to compare it too.. all I know is I am a pepper pot hater 😅
