Getting the run-around with intermittent telematics issues for over a month now. Since it works most mornings after the car has gone into a deep sleep state, the dealer often says there is nothing wrong.

I've taken it in immediately on an afternoon when the telematics failure occurred and they couldn't look at it or just do a quick obd check. All they wanted to do was make yet another appointment 8 days later.

I've spoken with EV concierge while the system was failing. Of course they can't diagnose anything they cannot connect to and they've said a service center needs to diagnose the issue.

So who has had good experiences with EV service in Illinois or Missouri? Which dealer might treat EVs less like a burden to work on?
