Estimated year of release: 2016-2018 (very rough estimate, i was a kid but dont remember how old, couldve very well been 7-12 💔)
Graphics/art style: it was like an old type of anime, not too detailed but still appealing
Notable characters: a knight named Cerius (or something sinilsr, i know it was close to cerberus) and MC was a girl with brown hair (i assume you chose the name)
Notable gameplay mechanics: it was a story game like episode but plays horizontally instead of vertically.
Other details:
the main game: when you first open it, it gave you a few recommendations to read (one of mine was the story im looking for) you can choose any of those but nothing else at the moment. all other stories are locked until you read a certain amount of chapters from other stories. there was a sort of currency, maybe keys or tickets or even hearts. the whole platform was horizontal, never vertical.
the story i remember: you started off as a girl walking on the sidewalk with a coffee in hand, i think she spilt the coffee and was somehow transported into a magical world (sort of medieval vibes). she meets a knight in silver srmour, a sword on his side, possibly a cape but i doubt it, he has short black hair with a blue streak in it. i think his eyes were blue. his name is cerius (or something else close to cerberus). he seems a bit cold at first. his world is much different from hers so in one of their conversations she talks to him about hotdogs and he gets scared by the fact that she eats dogs. he brings her to a castle i think (after protecting her from...something). i dont know where this gets placed but i remember him bringing her to a hangout on the beach with mermaids and mermen. at some point he starts to warm up to her and fall in love while she falls in love too. i think there were some fighting scenes where he would protect her and if i recall right his eyes would glow. pretty sure she got home eventually and was in her apartment and found a way to go back because she loved him so much.
i know this is crazy and its probably been deleted but ive thought about this game for years and if there's even a slight chance it still exists im running after it 😭
