I’ve been working closely with small businesses lately and kept seeing the same problems over and over:
sales tracked in notebooks
customer info scattered across WhatsApp
no clear idea of profit
So I decided to build a simple sales tracking app from scratch.
Stack:
React Native (Expo)
Firebase (Auth + Firestore)
RevenueCat (subscriptions)
What I’m trying to solve:
super fast customer/sales entry (~10 seconds)
clean and simple profit tracking
minimal UI (no unnecessary complexity)
basic reporting that actually makes sense
Right now I’m focused on one thing:
👉 making it as simple and fast as possible
Because honestly, most tools feel too heavy for small business owners.

I’d really appreciate your feedback:
What would you expect from a tool like this?
What’s more important: speed, simplicity or automation?
Anything you think I’m missing?
