hiii!! The question might seem a bit stupid, but if someone has a 4.0 GPA, a 1450+ SAT score, and basically full marks on their tests, yet has zero ECs, what types of colleges would accept them?
(also majors and so on)

The question occurred to me in the middle of the night, its not about me, but im very very curious. Also, it doesn't have to be the USA or smth like that, I'm just talking generally.
