So this bird nested on top of a pile of fabric we left to cover something from the sun, and a bird chose it as it's spot to put an egg, it's been there several days and I tried to leave it alone without scaring it.

Today I checked and the bird looks.... Sad, compared to the other days. Her feathers are no longer gray as usual.

When I look at the floor there is her egg that may have fallen with the wind and I think that made her sad. I havent really touched her, should I do something or leave her alone?

I took this photo myself
