Hi it's as the title say's kinda Whenever she tries to login on the PC browser(tried edge opera and Firefox) it say that the password is wrong but when she tries to login on the browser on her phone(chrome) it work's We have tried putting that she forgot her password but it doesn't send the email with the code(only option that's available) to her we did try to clear the browser history and cookies but same thing

Oh yhea also at some point it logged in in an different account that was mine(both the email and password were different) but I deleted that account since I didn't use it anyway
