Anyone in Philadelphia experiencing issues with UPS Delivery?
Admittedly, UPS is my least favorite shipping carrier to deal with considering bad experiences in the past (poor customer service, having trouble filing claims, packages disappearing, etc.) But those problems happened once in a blue moon and they are generally reliable-ish. But lately, I've been having non-stop issues back to back.
A few weeks ago, I was supposed to receive a package, but for some reason, it got misdelivered to a house down the street from me. I later found out it was because it was mislabeled to be delivered at that house. Last week, I was supposed to receive a package but it was delivered to the house right next to mine. And also, throughout the month, instead of packages being marked as "transfered to post office for final delivery", tracking just updates as "delivered" leaving me wondering whether or not my package was delivered or transfered to the post office.
I live in South Philly, so I was curious if anyone else has been experiencing issues with UPS lately and if there is anything I can do to remedy this because with these misdeliveries happening, I'm afraid of future shipments being affected too.
