I've tagged it finished object but I think I'm going to make another matching cushion, it was super fun to make

I did this stitch on a project and I really like the look but I can't replicate it. It's a variation of the two row repeat for the waffle stitch, and I've tried all sorts of variations to recreate it but haven't been able to work it out.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
