Emma and the Cuckoos staging an epic distraction for the Avengers to hide the Arbor Magna during a diplomatic visit.
Just Emmas doing her isual thing, and Tony Stark fliurting; plus Steve Rogers looking very pleased as Tony strikes out.

And it's especially funny considering whose wife she's floating next to and how Jean is saying nothing

Half the bloody island of superpowered folks immediately erupted into spontaneous bonfires on the news of Wanda's death, and the Council ijust jumpsd to conclusions?

I gotta appreciate the character arc Si Spurrier gave Kurt in Way of X. The title stasrts out sounding humorous with Kurt getting drunk and giving a drunken sermon about procreation at the Hellfire Gala. AWs the series continued, the run actually seriously engages with the idea of mutant spirituality and Ktrakoan civic identity. Although the resolution of the Onslaugght Arc on Krakoa ends up being same-ish with how Marvel reconciles other character acrs with problemastic historoiies during this era.

X-Men calling her checking account "her superpower" practically tells us Emma Frtost is practically Bruce Wayne ... just not in the legit way the X-Corp folks are. She may not be everybody's cup of tea, burt she plays a necessary role.

Abigail Brand assesses S.W.O.R.D.'s reaction to a neart apocalyptic event caused bty Kurt trying to reconcile two mutants on Mars. . Overall, despite all the issues people have pointed out, I liked Way of X for the character arc it gave Kurt and Legion.

Two divas cannot share a stage. I know how this subplot ends... but it was still fun to watch two divas have a go at each other.
