The title stasrts out sounding humorous with Kurt getting drunk and giving a drunken sermon about procreation at the Hellfire Gala. AWs the series continued, the run actually seriously engages with the idea of mutant spirituality and Ktrakoan civic identity. Although the resolution of the Onslaugght Arc on Krakoa ends up being same-ish with how Marvel reconciles other character acrs with problemastic historoiies during this era.
