I'm having this problem when I draw gesture, I found a way to convey what apose would be able to look like in my own method but once I tried to encorporate better methods for 30 seconds and 2 minutes I found myself bouncing between different methods instead of adding onto my own.

The first image is what it looked like encorporating their method onto my own. The second image is me doing practice on the same gesture doing what I think is the right way to approach it.

I'm not sure how to improve my gesture drawing .
