Just moved here last weekend PLEASE tell me how you deal with termites
I’m losing my mind here. We just moved into an apartment and last night I woke up with termites crawling all over me and my baby. I started getting a rash where they crawled on me and I fled to a hotel for the night. Called maintenance, who caulked 2 out of the apartment’s 8 windows. But tonight I’m finding they’re getting in from EVERYWHERE. The floor, the doors, all the windows. They said they’d send their pest control people here when they do their rounds on Monday… but that feels like ages away.
I’ve learned my lesson about putting my bed against a wall with a window, and about having lights on after dark, but please, PLEASE tell me what else I can do because they’re attacking me even as I type this. I have cats and a baby and I’m worried harsh measures could put them in danger, but I’m on my last nerve.
