As the title suggests I’ve been trying for a team lead position at my store, there were a total of 3 openings. I will say I had just moved departments at the beginning of February but I’ve filed an exception and it’s been discussed and what not. Over the past month these 3 spots opened and my name hadn’t appeared for a single one of them, I talked to the coaches, people lead, and store lead but nothing has changed. At this point 2 of the positions have been filled without me even getting a real chance to interview for them since my name wasn’t appearing. I’m gonna try and talk to the store manager again but I don’t know what to do about this since another coach had brought it up to her and all she said “well maybe I’m not meant for that spot”. Anyone have any advice on this?
