50% sure of this: i'm looking for a dystopian manga I believe happening in tokyo. All major cities have some sort of transportation method which made them extremely big and dangerous.

100% sure of this:
In the first episode the main character takes a job from a kid in danger for a single coin to protect that child from some bigass assassin's of some sort.
He seems to have some sort of organization with a few teammates that is kinda ethical compared to how dark the world is.

They had abilities or powers but seemed more like ninjas or fighters/hooligans than superheroes from what I remember.

Edit: With dystopian I meant cyberpunkish, futuristic sci fi deal, a little more fantasy powers but still same idea.
