Hi, I am organising a birthday party for a small group of ladies between 35 and 45yo. They would like to have an activity (like a sip and draw or cocktail making, etc), a meal, a place to go for cocktails and then some options for dancing. Thinking in Southport, Merseyside as accommodation seems so much cheaper than Liverpool!. Can anybody give any recommendations? should I stick to Liverpool?

It has made me suspicious like if this may be a ploy to collect more cancellation fees. In one of the instances it kept saying your uber is 1min away (car wasn't moving for 7min and only started moving after I texted to say ey I need to catch a train)
