I switched over to their 175gb plan after getting a win back offer from a 200gb plan I try discontinue only to be throttled down 70gb’s into my plan in the middle of moving to a new address. Telus support try say I can unlock the rest of my data if I pay for a fast easy pass, but that’s a big no for me. I’d rather switch over to freedom mobile, and be able to use the whole 175gb without being throttled down less than midway through the plan cycle.

Today my data reset, so I called Telus support to pay off my Telus easy payment plan to get off this carrier. Who would want to pay for a fast pass to unlock your allotment when you could just switch carriers with less hassle.
