Is there more ways to get perk points without levels? Or since I’m a solo player am I supposed to have multiple characters built in different ways. I’m on console so no mods available. Any tips on how to level up characters fast if that’s what I have to do?

Open world missions run at maybe 10 fps, any tips to fix it or is it just the state of the game right now? And some missions that mark a spot for you to go just don’t actually change the map to tell you were the spot you have to go is
