The peacemaker role does no service to the person that takes it on and it does nothing beneficial to whatever relationship they’re tryna manage as well as the surrounding people in the dynamic.

Appeasing somebody isn’t solving shit and it’s even worse when it’s an ongoing pattern. I can’t be apart of this shit. You wanna take that shit on by all means you go right ahead.
