This might be a question that is asked a lot, but so many other people, I am stuck at step 2/7 of "A Thousand-Year Slumber". I caught 1 of 3 Whismur and this single one spawned from my daily Incense on the last costume raid day. On the same day, I saw one listed nearby, but I was too slow to get it. It seems impossible to find out which biomes have higher spawn rates and which method (daily adventure incense, incense, lure module??) could increase the chances. Since I saw two whismur on that day, the one I had on my Incense might not have had anything to do with the incense at all?
