When you found your person, does it really make your relationship easy?

I feel like i’ve always heard this saying that ‘when you find your person, you’ll realise how love is easy’ or things like ‘They make love easy’ something like that. Is it true for you?

I recently broke from my 4 year relationship, it just made me rethink romantic relationships as a whole. Some say friendship is suppose to be an inconvenience, that people show love by going out of their way to show love. It made me think, how would a romantic relationship be easy then even if you found the ‘right person’.

I also have the impression that relationships isn’t suppose to be ‘easy’ like we all go through ups and downs in life, and we support one another and choose to stick by that person through thick and thin.

So I’m really curious to hear those who have managed to find life long partners / got married 🙏
