I know all the jokes about Carinthia and Klagenfurt - ​I am asking this question seriously. I've lived before in cities with 1-2 mil. people, and I find that there is a disproportionately large number of people in Klagenfurt who roam the streets on a daily basis and exhibt some signs of mental illness. Is there a large open psychiatric hospital nearb​y?

I never witnessed any harm being done, but I don't feel safe, considering there's not much other people on the streets who could intervene if something did happen.
