Auto-Dimming Mirror and H/U wireless question
For those of you with the OEM auto-dimming rearview mirror: which side is the light sensor on? The one that faces forward in the car. Is it on the driver or passenger side? I'm trying to decide if I want to add that mirror and I'd like to do it when I mount my dash cam. I just didn't want the cam blocking the light sensor.
Second question: my 2026 Premium with software version: FH1WMM185-180 doesn't have the option to connect to a wireless network. There are several mentions of various previous years/models that can connect to a wireless network to pull down updates. The only thing I can find recently is a Facebook post from 3 months ago where someone said they've spoken to SOA and their local dealer and it's a known issue and it should be resolved in an upcoming update.
Does anyone know any more about that?
