This is a pretty minor issue, the river quality categorization seems so strange?

Why are the Lena and Amur rivers blue quality, but not the Nile or Mississippi? River junctions seem to be blue, then it looks to have some special cases like the Indus and all Southeast Asian rivers being blue. I figured maybe it was flow rate or navigation that determines quality, but that doesnt seem to be the case universally

Anyways, I love the idea. The Indus supported a great population irl so using river quality to get around other geographic nerfs makes sense, it just seemed unfinished.
