Hey everyone. I have an original Xbox console that I want to modify.

I keep seeing that there's many different ways. I read on wikis and everything.

But I can't seem to understand the difference between hardmodding and softmodding the console. Neither can I understand the difference names and such for each type of modding. Like openxenium and whatnot.

Sorry for not being very understanding, but I am very interested in modding my console and would love to understand the difference and I want to go all the way in doing so.

Can I achieve the same results from softmodding as I would hardmodding?
