I was playing fortnite on my xbox, (it's four years old) and my controller disconnected (happens a lot recently, even though the controller is new), so i turned it on again

The xbox logo on the controller was a bit darker than usual, and the controller (or any other controller) didn't work at all.

I then tried to turn off the console through the xbox itself, but it turned itself on again (it has done it this again a few more times)

what can/should i do?
