For context, this person purchased an item from my Depop 24 hours ago (Tuesday Afternoon)

I ship my items in 2 - 3 days depending on work schedule and in this instance would be shipping Thursday.

The buyer messaged me today (Wednesday) saying the need an item by Tuesday. Now i only charge $10 (in Perth Western Australia) which doesn’t even cover the cost of standard shipping and an Australia Post bag (which isn’t the complaint- i am fine covering a couple of dollars)

The issue it then i receive the below message that the buyer requires the item by Tuesday which 1. Not even purchasing from a store would guarantee delivery by Tuesday 2. We are on opposite side of the Country where even express shipping would
arrive mid week.

I haven’t & won’t offer but what would i do if the seller requests express- i’d obviously let them know they could pay a little extra for express but it’s realistically not being delivered by Tuesday.

My main concern is about refunding a sale.

If she no longer wants the item which is completely fine- do they need to request the refund or am
i accepted to cancel the order. Thinking in terms of my shipping ranking and if she can leave a bad review if she’s not happy with the shipping
