Hey everyone! Im currently almost 1.5y into lifting and i need advice on if i should go on a lean bulk or should i get to an even leaner baseline first. Here are some of my stats so you guys have a rough idea:

Incline dumbbell bench : 27.5 for 7-8 reps

Pullups: Bw+10kg for 6-7reps

Squats(hack): 85kg for 7-8 reps

I currently weigh ~71kg at 182cm. I also measured my waist to be around 29.5~30inches though im not 100% sure its very correct. All of the above exercises are with very good technique and controlled reps.

Even though im “lean” for my height according to my bw, i dont feel that way. I feel i have a lot of fat around my face and lower belly. My arms and legs are very lean though.

Knowing all this, can y’all drop some advice in the comments for my situation.

PS- please dont say “just lift and eat”, i just overcame a bad relationship with food and if i do that ill get back to being fat again. I have learnt how to track calories and i do get around 130-150g protein everyday, most of it being complete.
