around 12:50- went to Federal Barbers after the Grocery. I was #20 in line. I said ok. then sat and waited for my turn outside the shop.
a few minutes, a foreigner in green shirt and his wife and kid was on the door of the shop and asked us people sitting outside how to line up. and then the lady next to me said, get a receipt first. and they entered the grocery.
after more than an hour waiting (I am around 7th in my last follow up) i was shocked to see that same foreigner got a haircut before me. When I saw this, I immediately confronted the barber's receptionist as to why the foreigner went first before me. She said that they were listed before me. And I said that was impossible because when I was waiting outside that was the time they arrived and asked us outside about the steps to have a haircut. That's when I realized that I am being gaslighted. waiting for more than an hour, I became frustrated and went to the Landers Help desk to file a complaint.
sadly, no one seems to believe me. I even asked them to check the CCTV because I feel that no one believes me and what the receptionist is saying seems legit.
ending I didn't push through with the haircut and demanded to process my complaint instead.
