*PS: The white stuff around my eyes is sunscreen.

I've always had this slight hollowness under my eyes and its starting to bother me. Under eye bags are pretty hereditary in my family. My mom has developed some under eye bags over the years, but she's also been a smoker for a majority of her adult life. Overall, I'm starting to wonder if I should take preventative action.

I wanted to try a lower blepharoplasty and possible fat transfer but I'm sure if my under eye area is too hollow for such treatment. I'm afraid of trying filler, as I've heard stories of migration/ droopiness over the long term. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance
