Hi Everyone! I been living in the same townhouse for almost 8 years. We have always seen really high power bills while living there (Town of Culpeper Power). Not just high bills in our current times. Its a small 3 bedroom townhouse. We have see $400+ power bills in the summer and winter (electric heat). I think in all the 8 years, I think we have only see two bills that were under $200.
We have been thinking of moving but the rent is cheap. But looking at apartment renting prices and thinking the power might be lower, I am wondering how peoples power bill are in the apartments in Culpeper. Mainly thinking Mountain View Apartments or Spark Apartments (former Friendship Heights). But definitely would like to hear from any of the apartment owners. Thanks in advance!!😊
