Hi!

We have issue with Windows setting up Fingerprint login for Windows Hello.

Dell 5350

BIOS updated to latest.

ControlVault3 drivers installed latest [22.05.2025, 6.2.33.10]

Sensor driver also updated.

Win 11 25h2 26200.7462

Biometric service running...

NO GPO is blocking....

What found in Event Viewer: The Windows Biometric Service failed to configure a Biometric Unit for sensor: Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Touch Sensor (CVUSBDRV\CV3PLUS_WBF_PROVIDER_TOUCH\7&2A15F991&0&513).

Face recogniztion and PIN is allowed to set up put fingerprint nope.

DELL SUPPORTASSIST COULDNT HELP AND MAKE IT WORK! Soooo, any ideas? Anybody?
