bleached my hair twice now, ended up at this orange that looks horrible against my skin. i really don’t want to bleach again as my hair feels super dry. is there a toner i can get to neutralise it? i’ve been so upset over it. i’m using a lot of masks and oils in the mean time but im ashamed to go out with this colour
