I have applied for a lot of internal jobs but don’t get even called for an interview. I have even messaged the hiring manager to let them know I have applied but no response. I am trying to move from Bangalore office to Mumbai office and have 4 years of workex.

Is there something I am missing or what should I do. Can someone help.
