I’ve disconnected and reconnected absolutely everything the commander, my devices and absolutely nothing works, is there any suggestions?

I also saw a reboot button before and I believe it may have been on the app, but I cannot get it currently to connect with the dash on the app so is there any reboot button on the physical dash itself?
