BT audio turning down when listening to insta voice notes

Hey, I recently bought a 2013 seat leon FR, no carplay so I play music via BT, but the issue is, when I want to listen to instagram voice messages (haven't tried with something else) it turns down the volume to 0, so I have to quickly raise the volume before the message ends and the music continues
It's like it's separating music audio and apps audio, I'm using Deezer for music on iOS via BT

Hey, so I tried lightpainting my car with my friend, it's my first time doing this, I like the result on the first pic but then I wanted to remove the light sources with Photoshop but it just makes the car look matte and ugly. How would you deal with this please ?
