I have my OS installed on an SSD, and my HDD is split into multiple partitions on an old laptop I barely use. I want to move the SSD to my current laptop, so before physically removing it, I need to transfer the OS onto one partition of the HDD.

One of the HDD partitions already contains data, which I don’t want to lose. Is it possible to move the OS to a different partition on the same HDD while keeping the other partition and its data completely intact?

I tried using disk genius system migration but is warns me that all data would be overwritten.
