Does anyone else have to constantly deal with rude Walmart employees in their area?

I have tried to limit doing Spark runs that involve employee interaction as much as possible. Just to avoid that negativity near me.

It does not matter if I am polite, most of these people are horrible.

I can literally count the amount of actual helpful or kind individuals who work at these stores. Currently, it's two.

I want to ask so many times why did you apply to work here if you are going to act like this.

I abhor going to the pharmacy counter. They are all rude. And the pick up people are mostly rude too.

I usually wait for shop and deliver orders where I know the items are usually in-stock at the store I do runs.

And it's not just one store. I was in another area after making a delivery, so i decided to accept a run. The employees there were rude, as well.

I do not do Spark very often for this very reason. I used to do it back in 2022. I stopped for 3 years because of the staff at locations.

I recently started doing runs again, and it's still the same.

If you are an employee, please do not comment here saying you are under immense pressure.

It's all customer service.

Both sides.
