Hi everyone!

I currently in the middle of a pretty easy going divorce. I’d like to file for spousal support as he was the breadwinner for our entire marriage, 14yrs. I was the homemaker to our 4 beautiful children.

As a prerequisite, I am to fill out a financial affidavit for my personal expenses. My question is how to go about filling it out as I have been dependent on his income. I don’t have an income, therefore no money to be spent. I can’t afford gas, groceries, medications, dr’s appointments so on and so forth.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!!
