Automatic Plan Upgrade???

Original plan namin is FiberX 1500 + 125 lock-in fee, so around 1625 monthly. Matatapos na dapat lock-in namin this June 2026, and wala naman kaming balak mag-upgrade since okay na kami sa current speed.

Pero kaninang around 12 a.m. to 1 a.m., bigla na lang nag-notify si Converge na upgraded na raw kami to FiberX Netflix 2298. The problem is: WALA kaming in-approve or ni-request na upgrade 😭

Tried contacting them through click-to-call multiple times pero every single time: • may agent na sasagot • then mysteriously mawawala yung call • tapos kasabay nun mawawala rin internet namin • pag ni-restart router, babalik ulit Wi-Fi

Hindi ko alam if coincidence, system glitch, or what, pero nakaka-stress sobra kasi parang impossible makausap support nang maayos.

Has anyone experienced this before? Possible ba na automatic upgrade ‘to? And mas okay bang i-email sila agad or may mas mabilis na way to reverse this before next billing?
