ASDA GROUP INTERVIEW

How does a typical group interview at Asda usually go? I’ve heard from people that they can be quite rigorous, with role-playing and team-building exercises to get everyone involved. On the other hand, I’ve also read people saying it’s basically just a case of turning up, telling them your availability, filling out a form, and leaving — and that you’re almost guaranteed the job as long as you’re presentable and polite.

Also, if you pass the phone screening questions, does that usually mean you’re already pretty much selected? Just wondering what other people’s experiences have been like.
