Hey guys, diagnosed in Spring 2024 and been in the chronic phase since Spring 2025. I ended up with an upward curve but ultimately have not had any major issues with sexual functioning.

I am sure many guys in this sub can relate to anxiety around their curve somehow worsening or the development of new plaques. One that’s recently come to mind is underwear choice. I wear briefs which can be more restrictive when aroused. I am wondering if it’s possible for underwear to cause existing curvature to become more pronounced over time.
