Hey all :) wanted some advice on a good daily running shoe for someone that runs regularly but just for enjoyment not competitive etc

i’m 6’8 110kg and struggle with back and knee pain on longer runs so anything that may help with this ideally!

budget is max £150 but ideally closer to £100

completed side note - keen to try trail running but not sure if trail shoes would be advisable on roads when not on the trail! any advice would be appreciated
